Good morning and happy Hump Day!!! One of the questions I get asked the most is about my derrière and what workouts I use to help build one. If you know me personally or have been longtime readers of the blog you know that I didn’t exactly have the biggest rear end and by that I mean it was non-existant. Here is a little picture for anyone who doesn’t believe me. Trust me, I did not wake up like this.
Now, I still have a long way to go and would love to be bootylicious but I also appreciate how far I’ve come. So for those of you who want to build a donk and have been asking, here are some of my current glutes and hamstring workouts.
Also keep in mind that I do frequently change up or add different exercises in to keep it all fun and exciting! Let me know what else you all would like to see! I really enjoy making theses fun little workout videos so I want to hear all of your suggestions!
